Most clothing fades, shrinks, and loses its shape long before you're done with it.
The Forever quality is different. Every Forever garment is independently tested to maintain its quality up to 100 washes - so what you buy on day one is still what you're wearing 100 washes from now.
The Forever Guarantee is valid for up to 100 washes and 12 months from the date of purchase. If the product doesn't do what we promise, we'll make it right by exchanging it for a new one.
What the Forever guarantee covers
1. Odour repellency
Body odour is caused by bacteria in your sweat. Our Forever collection is odour repellent. When sweat is absorbed, the technology repels the odour and your garments remain fresh for days.
Everyone has different levels of perspiration, so we can’t guarantee a specific amount of days you can wear our garments in a row.
The average from our yearly customer surveys tells us that on average, our customers wear our products for 3.8 days before washing*.

2. Shape & Shrinkage
Zero shrinkage. 100 washes.
We don't just set a tight limit - we eliminate the problem. The Forever collection is engineered to deliver 0% shrinkage across 100 washes.
The size you order on day one is the size you wear on wash 100. No guessing your way up a size. No watching your favourite t-shirt slowly disappear in the wash. Just a garment that fits exactly the way it's supposed to, for as long as you own it.
3. Colour fixation
Every wash is usually a tiny bit of colour lost - so gradual you barely notice until one day you do.
The Forever garments are treated with colour-fixation technology designed to stop that from happening. Your colour is locked in from day one and stays there through 100 washes. What you see in the store is what you keep - not a faded version of it.
Products covered by the Forever guarantee
What is not covered by the Forever guarantee
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Tumble drying
- Fabric softener
- High-temperature washing
- Bleach or harsh detergents
- Oil-based stains (e.g. grease or cosmetics)
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or alterations
- Discoloration from deodorant containing aluminium, sunblock or other beauty products and chemicals.
- Performance reduction after extensive washing beyond 100 washes
What we consider normal "wear & tear"
All garments naturally change over time with regular use, washing, and friction. These changes are expected and are not considered defects.
This includes:
- minor pilling in high-friction areas
- gradual softening or thinning of fabric
- slight fading from washing or sunlight
- small changes in shape within expected shrinkage
- minor surface wear from everyday use
A gradual reduction in performance over time is also normal.
Washing & Care instructions
LABFRESH garments are designed to be worn multiple days between washes (on average 3.8 days*.
Treat your apparel well and it will treat you better. Wash inside-out at 30°C or colder, avoid tumble drying and no fabric softener.
